Deal finding

Once we receive the signed documents back, we will find the best properties for your requirement

Step 3

Buyers fee agreement

Once you are happy with provided deal we will sign buyers fee agreement.

Step 4

Package and fee exchange

We will then provide you list of documents needed further in the due diligence and compliance process and our invoice. You need to place our fee with solicitor and provide us confimation.

Step 5

Negotiation

Once we receive the payment confirmation we then go ahead and deal with the seller and their agent for best possible price negotiation.

Step 6

Buying process begins

Once you are happy and decided to go ahead the buying process will begin. We will then handle every steps of buying process until exchange and completion day.
